From the age given at James' marriage, he was born in 1753.

Marriage.
From the parish register of St Chad's, Poulton le Fylde:

James Ormond, age 21, husbandman of the parish of Poulton le Fylde, was married to Ellen Hull, spinster of the parish, on 20th February 1774.
Witnesses were Jos. Woods and John Brining.
They were married by licence and the consent of Ellen's father, John Hull.

John Ormond, husbandman of the parish of Layton, was married to Nanny Blackburn, spinster of the parish, on 17th July 1795 at St Chads, Poulton le Fylde.
Witnesses were Robert Ormond and Nanny Pickup.

Marriage.

George Ormond, husbandman of the parish of Kirkham, was married to Ellen Redman, spinster of the parish, after banns, at All Hallows, Bispham, on 29th September 1824.
