Ditch Hillock is not seen on most modern maps. On earlier maps it is shown as an area, presumably a hillock, at the north end of Gerrard Street and New Street, in Sutton. On the 1894 map, (see Old Maps), it was marked as a road, which is now the western end of Waterdale Crescent.
